Favoured Holman Education Centre offers a modern, secure, and child-friendly school environment designed to support quality learning. Our well-planned infrastructure provides young learners with comfort, safety, and inspiration, creating the perfect foundation for academic excellence under the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC).

Welcome to Favoured Holman Education Centre, a nurturing, learner-centred school committed to providing a strong and meaningful educational foundation for children in Pre-primary and Primary. Guided by the Kenyan Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), we offer a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment where young learners are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and discover their full potential. Every child is valued, individual abilities are recognised, and confidence is carefully nurtured from the very first day a child joins our community.
Favoured Holman Education Centre is located in Holo, Kisumu County, Kisumu West Sub-County, along Kisumu–Bondo Road (C27). The school was founded by a passionate educator with professional experience in Nairobi, whose vision was inspired by the growing number of orphans and vulnerable children in communities significantly affected by HIV/AIDS. Driven by a deep desire to make a lasting difference, the founder, together with her family, relocated to Kisumu to provide support, care, and quality education to children in need. What began with just five children has since grown into a thriving and hopeful learning centre, dedicated to nurturing young minds and shaping brighter futures.

We go beyond the classroom to shape every child academically, creatively, and spiritually.
Our creative arts program allows learners to express themselves through music, art, movement, and drama. By nurturing imagination and creativity, children develop confidence, coordination, and emotional expression while discovering and growing their unique talents.
Learners are gently introduced to digital tools and basic technology concepts in a safe and guided manner. This program builds foundational digital awareness, problem-solving skills, and responsible use of technology, preparing learners for a modern and technology-driven world.
Our literacy program focuses on developing strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills from an early age. Through engaging stories, phonics, creative writing, and interactive communication activities, learners build confidence in language use and develop a solid foundation for lifelong learning, in line with the Competency-Based Curriculum.
This program nurtures logical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on numeracy activities. Learners explore numbers, patterns, measurements, and basic operations using real-life examples that make mathematics meaningful, enjoyable, and easy to understand under the CBC framework.
Learners are introduced to their environment and basic science concepts through observation, exploration, and practical activities. This program encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and responsible citizenship while helping children understand and appreciate the world around them.
This program focuses on nurturing character, responsibility, and social awareness. Learners are guided to develop self-awareness, respect, cooperation, and decision-making skills that support positive behavior and strong moral values, which are key pillars of the CBC.
